$1 Million Mega Millions Ticket Sold in South Central Kansas

Things are heating up in South Central Kansas, as an unknown Kansas Lottery player’s Mega Millions ticket won the second-tier prize of $1 million in last night’s drawing! The lucky ticket matched five numbers but not the Mega Ball to win $1 million! The winning numbers on June 1, 2021, were 7 – 11 – 33 – 58 – 63 Mega Ball 23 and Megaplier 2.

The counties in South Central Kansas include Barton, Rice, McPherson, Marion, Stafford, Reno, Harvey, Pratt, Kingman, Sedgwick, Butler, Barber, Harper, Sumner, and Cowley.

The next Mega Millions drawing is Friday, June 4, with an estimated jackpot of $45 million. Players have until 8:59 p.m. Central Time on draw days to purchase tickets.

Mega Millions offers nine ways to win and if you Megaply, you could win $5 million without even hitting the jackpot! Tickets start at just $2 to play.

The Kansas Lottery is now taking appointments for in-person claims.
