Beginning April 8, 2024, PlayOn® members can redeem points for a chance to see the artists at the Country Stampede Music Festival, along with artist Meet & Greets. Members who enter will have the chance to win one of five (5) Country Stampede Concert Packages. The Country Stampede Music Festival will be held on Thursday, June 27; Friday, June 28; and Saturday, June 29, 2024. Each entry requires 248 PlayOn Points.

Mailed entries will NOT be accepted for the drawing. Winners are recommended to have a smart phone to accept the Country Stampede Music Festival concert tickets and parking pass.

ENTRY DEADLINE:

Members must redeem 248 PlayOn points for an entry no later than 11:59 pm May 19, 2024.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:

Five (5) winners will be announced at approximately noon on May 23, 2024.

COUNTRY STAMPEDE CONCERT PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Upper reserved seats with Super Fan Party Pit access for the winner and a guest to each day of the Country Stampede Music Festival at Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs, KS (Thursday, June 27; Friday, June 28; Saturday, June 29).
• Parking pass.
• Meet & Greet passes each day of the Festival (artists and time to be determined).
• $400 cash.
• Each prize is valued at approximately $1,476.06.
• The Kansas Lottery will pay mandatory state ($73.80) and federal ($354.25) income withholding taxes.

ADDITIONAL RULES AND INFORMATION:

1. The Lottery will not offer a cash option to a Country Stampede Concert Package prize winner.
2. If the Country Stampede Concert winner fails to show at the designated time and place for any of the Event activities, including Meet & Greets, that portion of the prize will be forfeited
3. Country Stampede Concert Package winners who do not elect to take a guest or whose guest does not actually attend the Festival will forfeit that portion of the prize and shall remain subject to reporting and income taxes on the full value of the prize.
4. Country Stampede Concert Package winners must be at least 18 years of age. The winner is solely responsible for the actions of guest(s) accompanying the winner.

GENERAL RULES:

• Must be a Kansas Lottery PlayOn® member to participate. It is FREE to join! 
• These prize packages are subject to all Official Rules and restrictions for this drawing, all rules and regulations of the Kansas Lottery, state and federal law.
• Entering the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn.
• An email will be sent to the winner’s email address listed in their PlayOn profile with an electronic claim form attached, followed by the same documentation sent by U.S. mail. Winners must return their completed claim form, electronically, by U.S. mail, or hand-delivered to the Kansas Lottery claims center within 10 business days from the winner announcement date or the next eligible entry shall be declared the winner.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
• Players may enter the drawing as often as they wish but may win only one prize package.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to enter, win, or claim a prize.
• Need not be present to win.
• Kansas Lottery is not responsible for electronic malfunction or player error.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
• In the event the Country Stampede Festival is cancelled, a substitute prize will not be offered.
