$150,000 Powerball Prize Won in Kansas; Saturday’s Jackpot Hits $565 Million
As the Powerball jackpot zooms past half a billion dollars this week, jackpot fever has hit the Sunflower State! One lucky ticket sold in Kansas has won big after matching four White Balls and the Powerball with the additional Powerplay multiplier to win $150,000!
The winning numbers in the Wednesday, August 13, 2025, Powerball drawing were 04 – 11 – 40 – 44 – 50 Powerball 4. The Powerplay multiplier number was 3X. The initial prize for matching 4 White Balls and the Powerball is $50,000, and with the 3X multiplier addition the prize jumps to $150,000!
The winning ticket was sold in the Northeast region of Kansas. That region includes Marshall, Nemaha, Brown, Doniphan, Riley, Pottawatomie, Jackson, Atchison, Geary, Wabaunsee, Shawnee, Jefferson, Leavenworth, Wyandotte, Johnson, Osage, Douglas, Franklin, Miami, and Morris counties.
The next Powerball drawing will be on Saturday, August 16. Players have until 8:59 p.m. to get their tickets on draw days. Powerball tickets start at just $2, and adding the multiplier is an additional $1 per play.
