PROMOTION DETAILS:

Beginning at 12:01am October 20, 2025, and ending at 11:59 pm November 9, 2025, Kansas Lottery PlayOn^® members can redeem 1600 points to enter to win a University of Kansas College Bowl Season package. Players will enter by visiting the Rewards section of PlayOn^® to select the promotion from the list and redeem 1600 points for an entry in the drawing. Winners MUST have a smart phone to accept the game tickets.

DRAWING DETAILS:

One (1) winner will receive a University of Kansas College Bowl Season Package. The winner will be announced at 12:00 p.m. CT November 14, 2025.

UNIVERSITY OF KANSAS COLLEGE BOWL SEASON PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• 2 tickets to the University of Kansas bowl game to be played in December 2025 or January 2026
• Invitation to a tailgate event endorsed University of Kansas.
• 2 jerseys from University of Kansas
• Three-night hotel stay and round-trip airfare from an airport approved by the Kansas Lottery (roundtrip airline tickets from Kansas City, MO; Manhattan, KS; Wichita, KS; Denver, CO).
• $250 Uber gift card
• $1,000 Visa gift card
• Mandatory state ($400) and federal income tax ($1,920) paid by Kansas Lottery
• Prize is valued at approximately $8,000. 

If the University of Kansas does not participate in a bowl game during the 2025-26 season, the winner shall receive an alternate prize of $2,000.

Additional Rules and Information:  

1. The prize does not include insurance, parking fees, baggage fees, alcoholic beverages (other than those served without charge at any reception and/or dinner), any items not expressly specified and personal expenses such as telephone calls, valet service, room service, laundry, incidentals, and the like, all of which shall be the obligation of the prize winner.
2. If the prize winner fails to show at the designated time and place for any of the event activities, a portion of the prize will be forfeited.
3. Prize winner must be at least 18 years of age and is solely responsible for the actions of guest(s) accompanying the winner on the trip.
4. The Prize winner or guest(s) must have a valid credit card to be recorded with the hotel for all incidentals.

GENERAL RULES:

• Members must redeem 1,600 points per entry.

• These prize packages are subject to all Official Rules and restrictions for this drawing, all rules and regulations of the Kansas Lottery, State and Federal law.
• Entering the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn.
• One (1) winner will be drawn for University of Kansas “Bowl Season”.
• An email will be sent to the winner’s email address listed in their PlayOn profile with an electronic claim form attached, followed by the same documentation sent by U.S. mail. Winners must return his or her completed claim form, electronically, by U.S. mail, or hand-delivered to the Kansas Lottery claims center within ten business days from the date of the winner announcement or the next eligible entry shall be declared the winner.
• Tickets will be sent via e-mail to the winners.
• Travel will be booked by University of Kansas
• Mandatory state and federal withholding taxes will be paid by the Kansas Lottery as part of the prize Package.  In the event that University of Kansas does not participate in a bowl game and the winner received a cash prize of $2,000, state and federal income taxes will be the responsibility of the winner.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.  Kansas Lottery retains the right to substitute an alternate prize of approximate equal value.
• Players may enter the drawing as often as they wish.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to enter, win, or claim a prize.
• Need not be present to win.
• Winners MUST have a smart phone to accept and use game tickets.
• Kansas Lottery is not responsible for electronic malfunction or player error.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
• Prize fulfillment will be provided by Kansas Lottery and University of Kansas Sports Properties.
