"I should come back to Kansas more often," says doubly lucky
Seeing her brother who resides in Garnett isn't the only reason
Judith Smith enjoys visiting Kansas - she has incredible luck in
the Sunflower State! When the Chicago-area resident was here
in 2012, she won a $1,000 lottery scratch prize. Now, two years
later, she's back at Lottery headquarters to claim a $10,000
"I have to come to Kansas to win like this," joked the lucky
player. "I've never won a big lottery prize back home in

7s tickets when the last top prize was hit, but Smith and other
