ENTRY DETAILS:

Beginning March 1, every Kansas Lottery Racetrax® ticket submitted into PlayOn® will earn one (1) entry per dollar based on the cost of the ticket.  Eligible tickets may be winning or non-winning tickets.  Mailed tickets will NOT be accepted as valid entries for the drawing.

A trip for two to the Breeders' Cup including:

  • Round trip coach airline tickets to LAX from Kansas City, MO, Manhattan, KS, Wichita, KS or Denver, CO
  • 4 day full-size rental car or equivalent Uber gift card
  • 3 nights hotel accommodations at the four-star Hilton Los Angeles-Universal City Hotel (includes parking, porterage, all taxes and gratuities)
  • Breakfast daily for 3 mornings
  • Grandstand tickets to both days of the Breeders' Cup World Championships Race at the Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California on November 1-2, 2019
  • $1,000 cash
  • State and federal withholding taxes are paid by the Kansas Lottery
  • Prize is valued at approximately $12,738

GENERAL RULES:

  • Must be a Kansas Lottery PlayOn® member to participate. It is FREE to join!
  • Kansas Lottery Racetrax® tickets are the only eligible tickets for this promotion.
  • Racetrax® ticket cost determines the number of entries awarded based on the whole dollar amount, i.e. a $2.40 ticket will receive two (2) entries.
  • The prize packages are subject to all "official rules" and restrictions for this drawing, all rules and regulations of the Kansas Lottery, state and federal law.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to enter, win, or claim a prize.
  • Driver must be at least 21 years of age if rental car option is selected.  If under 25 years of age a $27 young driver daily surcharge will be the winner's responsibility.
  • Submitting an entry into the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn.
  • Each entry ticket may only be used one time as an eligible entry into the drawing.
  • Kansas Lottery retains the right to substitute an alternate prize of approximate equal value.
  • Players may enter as often as they wish, but may win only one prize for this promotion.
  • Need not be present to win.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
  • An email will be sent to the winners' email address in their PlayOn profile with an electronic claim form attached, followed by the same documentation sent by U.S. mail.
  • Winners must return his or her completed claim form electronically, by U.S. mail, or hand-delivered to the Kansas Lottery claims center within 14 calendar days following the date of the drawing or the next eligible entry shall be declared the winner.
  • The winner of the prize must book travel within ninety (90) days of notification.  Travel must be completed within one (1) year from the date listed on the trip information package provided to the winner by the prize fulfillment vendor.
  • Prize is not exchangeable for cash.
  • Kansas Lottery is not responsible for electronic malfunction or player error.
