Beginning June 1, 2019, Kansas Lottery PlayOn Loyalty program members can use their PlayOn points to enter to win a Rocking Experience at the Twins of Evil Hell Never Dies Tour 2019 concert.  Concert will be held at Providence Medical Center Amphitheater on July 17, 2019.  Each entry requires 114 PlayOn points.

ENTRY DEADLINE:

Player must redeem their points for an entry by 11:59 PM June 17, 2019.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:

50 winners will be announced at approximately noon June 21, 2019.  The first 25 winners selected will receive a pair of reserved tickets and the remaining 25 winners will receive a pair of lawn tickets.

Prize value approximately $140.

GENERAL RULES:

• Must be a PlayOn^® Kansas Lottery Players Loyalty program member to participate. It is FREE to join!
• These prize packages are subject to all Official Rules and restrictions for this drawing, all rules and regulations of the Kansas Lottery, State and Federal law.
• Entering the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn.
• 50 winners and 10 alternates will be drawn for this promotion with the first 25 entries drawn being the winners of the reserved tickets and the next 25 entries drawn being the winners of the lawn tickets. The remaining 10 entries drawn will be used as alternate winners.
• Winners will be notified by email and phone to verify address and acceptance of prize.
• If the Lottery is unable to contact a winner within 5 days of announcement, or if the winner no longer wishes to accept the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.
• Winners will pick up tickets at 98.9 The Rock studios located at 7000 Squibb Road in Mission, KS during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. A current photo ID matching your name will be required for pick-up at the front desk.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
• In the event any prize awarded for this drawing is postponed, changed or canceled in whole or in part, no cash prize substitutions or other compensation shall be provided.
• Players may enter the drawing as often as they wish, but may win only one prize package in the drawing.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
• Need not be present to win.
