Jefferson County North Teacher and Coach Wins $149,360 in
Firecracker 50/50 Raffle!

Steven Noll received a Father's Day present from his wife he'll
NEVER forget! It wasn't a tie or cologne - it was a lottery
ticket worth $149,360! Noll is the sole jackpot winner in the
Firecracker 50/50 drawing conducted yesterday at Lottery
headquarters in Topeka. The Nortonville couple came to Topeka
today to claim the prize. Noll's ticket matched the winning
number of 8361, earning him the jackpot in the "winner takes all"
Firecracker 50/50 raffle.
"When I gave him the ticket for Father's Day, he said, 'I can't
believe you wasted $20 on one ticket,'" said Donna Noll. "I

last month. They have four children: Luke just
graduated from the University of Kansas and has a job teaching math
at Hayden High School in Topeka; Katie is a student at Kansas State
University; Cory attends Sterling College, and Bryce is a sophomore
in high school.
"We'll be using the prize money to help pay off some college
loans, that's for sure," said Steven Noll. "We'll also give some to
the church, do a few home improvements and put some money away."
