18-Year-Old Baldwin City Resident Wins $75,000 Top
Baldwin City resident Michaela Armstrong decided in December to
try her luck playing Kansas Lottery instant scratch games.
Armstrong, who turned 18 years old last August, enjoyed playing $5
instant scratch games. That is until last Friday, when she
had a little extra cash in her pocket.
"I usually play the $5 Candy Blast tickets," said
