A player must be a member of PlayOn, the Kansas Lottery's Players Loyalty program, and redeem 240 points for one entry.


30 players will win a VIP Concert package at the Kansas Star Casino in Mulvane, KS.

The prize package includes:

  • Two tickets to the Birthday Bash Concert featuring country music superstars Big & Rich at the Kansas Star Casino in Mulvane, KS.
  • Admission to the pre-concert reception for two.
  • $300 cash.
  • A one night hotel stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Wichita/Mulvane that is in conjunction with the Kansas Star Casino in Mulvane, KS.
  • Mandatory state and federal income withholding taxes.

Each prize is valued at approximately $1,400. The concert and hotel stay will be on Saturday, November 18, 2017.

  • The Concert prize packages are subject to all official rules and restrictions for this drawing, all rules and regulations of the Kansas Lottery, State and Federal Law.
  • Entering into the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn.
  • An email will be sent to the winners for address verification followed by a mailed claim form.
  • Any winner, as a result of this drawing, shall claim the prize within 14 days from the date of the drawing or the next eligible entry shall be declared the winner.
  • Players may enter the drawing as often as they wish, but may win only one prize package.
  • Need not be present to win.
