The Kansas Lottery’s annual Holiday Millionaire Raffle was once again a hit with players as the game sold out early on December 1! The sellout came almost two weeks before the last Early Bird drawing, which occurred on December 10 for $30,000. 

The winning number in the third Early Bird drawing was ticket 121971. The ticket was sold in South Central Kansas. The winner has 365 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. 

The Holiday Millionaire Raffle Grand Finale announcement will take place at approximately noon on January 4, 2024. There are over 5,600 winners in the Raffle, with prizes ranging from the $1 million top prize down to $50 wins. For a complete breakdown of the Raffle prizes, see the Kansas Lottery website here. 

The Early Bird winner joins a list of unclaimed prizes in the Sunflower State, including a $1 million Mega Millions ticket sold in Southeast Kansas that remains unclaimed. That prize is set to expire on January 10, 2024, one year from the date of the drawing. 

The winning numbers in the January 10, 2023 Mega Millions drawing were 7 – 13 – 14 – 15 – 18 Mega Ball 9. If the prize goes unclaimed, then the winnings will be placed back into the Lottery prize fund to be used on future prizes and promotions.
