Holiday Millionaire Raffle Tickets Half Gone
Kansas Lottery
players still have time to purchase Holiday Millionaire Raffle
tickets, but they should hurry if they want a chance to win $1
million! Sales in the Kansas Lottery's raffle game are
passing the halfway mark. Only 150,000 tickets will be sold.
As of late this afternoon, approximately 75,500 tickets remain in
the Kansas-only raffle.
Players have an extra incentive to purchase tickets now.
Two more Early Bird Raffle drawings will be held November 4 and 11,
with two $10,000 prizes awarded in each drawing. All tickets
sold at the time of the drawings are eligible to win Early Bird
prizes, as well as a prize in the Holiday Millionaire Raffle grand
prize drawingDecember 31.
The Holiday Millionaire Raffle Grand Prize Drawing will give
players their best chance of any game, at 1 in 150,000, of winning
$1 million. Twenty-five $5,000 prizes, 25 $1,000 prizes, and 2,500
$100 prizes will also be awarded.
This year's raffle game went on sale October 1.
Tickets sell for $20 each. The Executive Director of the Kansas
Lottery is optimistic that this year's game will sell out, as
raffles have in the past three years.
"The Raffle is special in that it's only offered once a
year," said Dennis Wilson. "Our players always look forward to
getting their tickets, and of course we enjoy giving away that $1
million top prize and other great cash prizes each year."
Holiday Millionaire Raffle tickets are available at all Kansas
Lottery retail locations. The minimum age to purchase a lottery
ticket is 18. As with any lottery game, the Kansas Lottery
reminds players to play responsibly, sign their tickets and keep
them in a safe place until the drawing. Players must retain
their original Holiday Millionaire Raffle tickets to claim a
prize!
