  • Entries may be deposited at certain events if the Lottery provides a designated receptacle for this drawing
  • All mailed entries for the drawings shall be sent to the address above

Deadline:

  • Mailed entries must be received by the morning mail pickup in Topeka, KS. on September 9, 2008
  • No later than 5:00 p.m. on September 9, 2008 entries may be deposited into any receptacle specifically designated for this drawing by the Lottery
  • Players may also deposit entries for the drawing at the Kansas Lottery building at the Kansas State Fair in Hutchinson, KS. from September 5, through 6:00 p.m. September 14, 2008

GRAND PRIZE:

  • One 2009 Ford F150 E85 Truck will be awarded
  • All applicable initial taxes and fees for the vehicle, and mandatory federal and state income withholding taxes
  • Cash
  • The 2009 Ford F-150 E85 awarded may not look exactly as illustrated on the front of the ticket
  • The grand prize is valued at approximately $63,813!

GENERAL RULES:

  • The prize package is subject to the “Official Rules” for this drawing
  • One drawing will be conducted shortly after 6:00 p.m. on September 14, 2008 at the Kansas Lottery building at the Kansas State Fair in Hutchinson, KS.
  • Players may enter this drawing as often as they wish
  • A claim form will be sent to the winner of the Tough Truck second chance drawing
  • The winner as a result of the Tough Truck drawing shall claim their prize within 10 days from the date of the corresponding drawing or the person named on the entry will no longer be eligible for the prize. In such an event, the person named on the next eligible entry shall be declared the winner
  • Entering this ticket into the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to enter the drawing
  • Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received
