• Use the back of a non-winning $5 Deal or No Deal instant ticket
• Legibly enter one name, complete address and telephone number in the area indicated on the back of the ticket
• Place one or more entries into an envelope

Drawing Deadline:

• Mailed entries must be received by the morning mail pickup in Topeka, Kan. on February 19, 2008 to be eligible for the Hollywood trip prizes
• Mailed entries must be received no later than the morning mail pickup on September 2, 2008 to be eligible for the bonus Grand Prize Drawing for $1,000,000 cash
• Entries may also be deposited no later than 5:00 p.m. on these dates into any receptacle designated by the Lottery

SECOND CHANCE DRAWING FOR TRIP: February 22, 2008

• Two grand prize trips for four to Hollywood, Cal. will be awarded
• Including roundtrip airfare, transfers, hotel accommodations for four nights and the chance to play Deal or No Deal on the Hollywood set
• $2,000 cash
• Mandatory income withholding taxes

SECOND CHANCE DRAWING FOR ONE MILLION DOLLARS IN CASH

• September 17, 2008
• The bonus Grand Prize drawing will include entries from other state lotteries

GENERAL RULES:

• Each prize package is subject to the "Official Rules" for this drawing
• Two drawings will be conducted
• Each entry is only valid for one drawing
• Players may enter this drawing as often as they wish, but may win only one prize in each drawing
• A claim form will be sent to the winners of the Deal or No Deal second chance drawings
• The winners as a result of the Deal or No Deal drawing shall claim their prize within 14 days from the date of the corresponding drawing or the person named on the entry will no longer be eligible for the prize. In such an event, the person named on the next eligible entry shall be declared the winner
• Entering this ticket into the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn
• All persons attending any Deal or No Deal taping must be 18 years of age or older
• Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received
