If your ticket wins a "FREE BUTTON", present it to any Riverfest button vendor at the Riverfest from May 9 through May 17, 2008, to receive your button for admission to select events at Riverfest, OR you may enter the ticket into the second chance drawing. If the non-winning ticket is redeemed for a button it is no longer eligible as an entry for the boat drawing.

Grand Prize

• Two Cougar Custom Boats "Infinity 201" boats along with a trailer and a boating accessory package plus a Garmin Fishfinder
• Mandatory state and federal income withholding taxes
• The approximate value of each grand prize is $47,000

• Use the back of a non-winning $5 Cougar and Cash instant ticket
• Legibly enter one name, complete address and telephone number in the area indicated on the back of the ticket
• Place one or more entries into an envelope

Drawing Deadline:

• Mailed entries must be received no later than the morning mail pick–up May 13, 2008
• Players may deposit entries at the Kansas Lottery booth at Riverfest during operational hours of the Lottery booth through 6:00 p.m. on May 17, 2008, and at any other location where the Lottery has specifically designated a deposit receptacle for this drawing

GENERAL RULES:

• Each prize package is subject to the “Official Rules” for this drawing
• One drawing will be conducted on May 17, 2008
• A claim form will be sent to each of the winners
• The winners of this drawing shall claim the prize within 30 days from the date of the drawing or the person named on the entry will no longer be eligible for the prize. In such an event, the person named on the next eligible entry shall be declared the winner
• A player may enter as often as desired, but each player may win only one of the two grand prizes
