One drawing will be conducted November 6, 2009
Players may enter this drawing as often as they wish, but may win only one of the second chance prizes
A claim form will be sent to the winners of the Bass Pro Shops® second chance drawing
The winners as a result of the Bass Pro Shops® drawing shall claim their prizes within 30 days from the date of the corresponding drawing or the person named on the entry will no longer be eligible for the prize. In such an event, the person named on the next eligible entry shall be declared the winner
The lifetime Kansas hunting/fishing licenses may only be awarded to qualified Kansas residents
Entering this ticket into the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn
Must be 18 years of age or older to enter the drawing
Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received
