Semi-Finalist Prize Packages:

Five (5) qualifying dog entries and five (5) qualifying cat entries will be selected as semi-finalists and will receive a Keith Kimberlin Merchandise Prize Pack and $20 in Kitty Cash/Doggy Dough tickets.

Keith Kimberlin Prize Pack:

Each Keith Kimberlin Prize Package includes: Keith
Kimberlin Coaster Set, Mug, Mouse Pad, Umbrella,
Calendar and a Leather Travel Bag valued at approximately $200.

Grand Prize:

• One (1) Grand Prize winner from each Pet Category will win depending on the number of votes received for their entry.
• The Grand Prize winner will receive a Professional Photography Session for their pet with Keith Kimberlin and $2,000 in cash.
• Paid mandatory state and federal income withholding taxes.
• The approximate value of each grand prize is $7,000.

Rules:

1. Pet entries will be classified under the Dog or Cat category. Each pet category's contest will be handled separately.
2. Only Players Club members may enter the contest. One (1) dog and one (1) cat entry per member.
3. In each of the pet categories (dog or cat), five (5) qualifying entries will be selected to move on to the final contest round: "VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE PET". Each semi-finalist will receive a Keith Kimberlin Prize Package.
4. The VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE PET portion of the contest will allow Kansas Lottery players to vote for their favorite dog and cat.
5. All entries are to be filed in one individual’s name only.
6. Kansas Lottery reserves the right to disallow names or images that are deemed inappropriate.
7. Prizes limited to one per person and/or household address and/or e-mail address per pet category.
8. Odds of winning the contest vary, depending upon the number of entries received for the contest.
9. Players may enter a vote for one (1) dog and one (1) cat. Players are permitted to vote on one (1) occasion per 24-hour period.
10. Contest begins February 4th, 2008. Pet entries can be submitted until February 24th, 2008.
11. The voting period will begin on March 10th, 2008 and will end on March 30th, 2008. Players will not be eligible to vote after the March 30th, 2008 voting deadline.
12. The five (5) qualifying dog and five (5) qualifying cat owners will be notified by e-mail.
13. The five (5) qualifying dog and five (5) qualifying cat owners will receive their Merchandise Prize Package by courier within ten (10) days of receiving their e-mail notification.
14. The Grand Prize winners will win depending on the number of votes received for their entry.
15. The Grand Prize winners' will be announced on April 7th, 2008. The Grand Prize winners' names, hometowns and a picture of their pet will be posted on the contest web page.
16. The Grand Prize winners will be notified by registered mail with proof of receipt requested or by courier delivery with proof of receipt, to the address of the winners as indicated on their Player's Club Membership.
