Lottery Commission Votes to Extend Deadline in Southeast Zone
If No Applications Received by April 16 Deadline
TOPEKA, KAN. – The Kansas Lottery Commission has voted to extend the deadline for the filing of Lottery Gaming Facility manager applications in the Southeast Gaming Zone, if no applications are received by the current deadline of April 16, 2010. Thus far, the Lottery has received no new applications for the Southeast Gaming Zone. If no applications are received by April 16, the deadline will automatically be extended to July 15, 2010, at 2 p.m.
The Kansas Lottery Commission met today via teleconference at Lottery headquarters in Topeka. The next monthly meeting of the commission will be held in person and is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 23.
